About YesterYear’s Future
YesterYear’s Future is all about the history and sociology of speculative fiction in general, and science fiction specifically. It is, in part, a research project of mine, as well as a general resource for all interested parties.
- The post must be on topic, covering some aspect of science fiction history or sociology.
- The post must be informational, not promotional.
- For SEO, posts must be at least 500 words long. I’ll accept articles up to 1500 words long.
- Be sure to cite your sources!
You are welcome to include one link to your site in the body of the article, as well as in your by line. A link to relevant content on YesterYear’s Future should also be included, as this helps with SEO.
There is no pay for this opportunity. However, you will get a Byline and a link back to your website in the “About the Author” section. In addition, you will achieve that warm fuzzy feeling you get when you contribute to a community. 😉
How to Pitch
Accepted Formats: Word or text document attached to the email.
Point of Submission: Send your submission to editor[at]yesteryearsfuture[dot]com.

YesterYear’s Future reserves the right to edit headlines, body copy, and author bio for grammar and SEO considerations.
